Spider veins or varicose veins pop up in several parts of our bodies,
primarily on our legs. It’s common among women and it is most visible if
you don’t exercise, have varicose veins in your genetic history or you
are getting older. It’s a lot more common if you are going through
pregnancy too.
What are a few symptoms of Spider Veins?
Spider veins have the following symptoms:Aches
Legs become heavy and really uncomfortable.
Ankles and feet get swollen
Legs will have a burning sensation
Cramps, especially in your legs
Itchy and thinning skin around the affected veins
During warm periods or when you are standing for too long, these symptoms may go worse.
Some of the ways you can deal with them are:

Boil it for about seven minutes and then, keep it aside so that it cools down. After that, you can add a couple of drops of essential oil in the mix. Dip cotton balls in the mixture and then, apply on the popping veins. The red and blue will slowly fade.
3. Witch Hazel
This is another great remedy. Witch Hazel has a lot of volatile oils and also tannin. Both can be used to reduce the popping of the veins. All you have to do is soak the cotton ball in the witch hazel. Apply on the area affected for fifteen minutes. Thrice a day will bring great results.
4. Cabbage
Cabbage has loads of calcium, fiber, magnesium, vitamins, and potassium. These can help with the reduction of swelling. Chop the cabbage leaves and then blend them in a blender. Pour some water so that it can be made into a fine paste. Now, put it in your affected area using a cotton ball. Leave it undisturbed for about two hours. Then, you can use water to wash it off. Within a month, you will see the results.
